Care

While precious metals and stones are durable, they should be protected at all times from chemicals and hard knocks. Please keep all of your jewellery safe from lotions, perfume and hairspray. Do not wear your jewellery while doing sports, swimming, using the sauna or sunbathing. The sun can affect the colour of some gemstones.

Remember that quick changes in temperature can also damage jewellery. When you entertain, be careful when you open the freezer and then the warm oven door. Metal contracts/expands and gemstones are sensitive too.

Never use abrasive products (including toothpaste) to clean your jewellery. Warm water, a little mild soap and a soft cloth will do the job. Gold scratches easily, so please keep your pieces in a soft cloth bag or the box it was delivered in.
